Give this a repository and somewhere to send the result, and at the start of each week it goes through what actually landed and reports it back in readable form. The nagging is rather the point: it turns up whether or not you got around to the changelog yourself.

Post only to live adapters; never post until at least one watched repo and one live destination are configured.
Log — Destination services for digests: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and GitHub Discussions. Pack the GitHub marketplace connector for repo reads and Discussions when available; connect Slack/Teams/Discord connectors when the user chooses those destinations.
